The Pet Loo Returns Policy: Due to the nature of the purpose of the product, only un-opened and unused products from Authorized Pet Retailers may be returned. We cannot accept returns from consumers. Any Retailer returns must be dispatched to Good Dog Products within 2 days of receipt by the Retailer. No returns will be accepted without a RMA obtained from Good Dog Products in advance of return. A restocking charge of 20% of the original price will be charged. All shipping charges for return of products, must be prepaid by shipper. There are no refunds of original shipping charges. Any product damages in shipment must be claimed from shipping company by customer.
